Ralf Ulrich Kapfer and Michael Stefan Koschier have been working together on project developments in German-speaking countries and abroad for quite some time. Both have more than 30 years of experience with more than 2.0 million. square meters developed and largely implemented Projects of various types and tasks, from development plans to high-quality inner-city commercial properties to complex quartier developments. Creating unique solutions with high demands on the quality of the processes and products, with conviction and passion, with foresight, fairness and skill, that is their goal. These include HVB, Unicredit Bank Austria, BVK, Provinzial Düsseldorf, DIC Asset AG, MEAG, VKB, HELABA and users such as Apple and Superdry, Edeka or Douglas, but also architects like Herzog & de Meuron, Kadawittfeldarchitektur, Henning Larson Architects, RKW and much more.
Ralf Ulrich Kapfer(Managing Director)
Shortly after studying architecture, he founded his first planning office for architecture, interior design and urban development. This was followed by numerous competition successes, an appointment to the BDA, a teaching position and various voluntary and public functions. The increasing enthusiasm for the world of real estate development and investment ultimately led to a switch to project development. This was followed by studying for an MSc Real Estate and management positions at Ansorg Development, Steiner AG Germany, Development Partner AG and DC Values. At the beginning of 2015 he founded the company Kapreo and has since then been responsible for supporting projects by large developers as a service provider and consultant.

Michael Stefan Koschier (Managing Director)
Mr. Koschier studied cultural engineering, water management and engineering geology in Vienna, Graz and Zurich (ETH). During his studies, he already worked as a construction manager in road, power plant and tunnel construction. As a result of these tasks, which he carried out with passion, the board of the construction holding company (today Strabag/Züblin) appointed him first as executive assistant and then to the management of the group's civil engineering division. In the last few decades he was a co-founder of some of the leading developers in Austria and subsequently in Germany. Major banks and corporations commissioned him to develop and build their corporate headquarters. Mr. Koschier is a state-certified civil engineer and Austrian builder.”
